Our Rooms

The Guest House is not a full service hotel and does not try to imitate Western hotels or the things that they provide. We are a small intimate Thai operated Guest House that is comfortable and clean. This is Thailand and personal concern, with a smile, is our way.

We have 7 rooms, 2 with King size beds and 5 with Queen size beds.

Sundowners Guesthouse rates
1 May – 31 October	THB 650 per room per night
1 – 30 November	THB 850 per room per night
1 December – 28 February	THB 1000 per room per night
1 March – 30 April	THB 850 per room per night

- The above rates are a guide and are negotiable at the time of making an accommodation enquiry.
- The two larger rooms attract a higher rate of 100 THB per night.
- The two smaller rooms attract a lower rate of 100 THB and 150 THB respectively.
- Special rates apply, negotiable at the time of booking, for longer stays of 10 nights or more.
- Breakfast is not included but there are two good restaurants next door.
- There is no extra charge for guests.
- Rooms are available for short stays; please contact the Duty Bar Manager for rates.
- Transport from/to the airport is available upon request.

If you prefer accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the night life then there is a highly recommended clean, gay friendly hotel called the “Baan Nern Sai Resort”. A small 24 room Thai run hotel, built on a hillside away from the main road. A place of utter tranquility, dotted with rubber trees and the tropical vegetation on the hillside contributes to the stillness of the place.
